The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. This is a hybrid role-3 days a week in the office and 2 at home. This permanent position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in our organization, driving our human resources initiatives and fostering a culture that values and rewards employee engagement and performance excellence. The HR Generalist will be instrumental in managing a broad range of HR functions including but not limited to employee relations, recruitment, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain pay plan and benefits program. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Qualifications: Proven working experience as an HR Generalist or similar role with a minimum of 5 years in the field. People-oriented and results-driven. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
