Call is required (Call is every third Saturday 7a-3p), Hemodialysis required. Peritoneal dialysis preferred (not required), Ratio is 1:2 max of hemodialysis patients, 1:1 if treating an ICU patient. We do not do CRRT, just intermittent HD or extended treatments if unstable in ICU. Shift: Evenings, 3x12s or will consider 4x10s (M-F)
