Hospitalist Service

• Average Daily Encounters: 255
• 15-20 per physician
• Seven-day physician coverage; one swing shift APP; two nocturnists per night
• Scheduling is seven days on; seven days off  
• Teach Med Team several weeks per quarter
• No ICU coverage, no procedures, no rapid response, and no codes
