  • This license is required by the state of NY in order to staff for temporary needs.
  • COVID vaccinations not required, however strongly encouraged.
  • No Block Scheduling will be considered for this need.
    Job Requirements
  • 2+ years of Current Med Surg - Required
  • MUST be willing to float to other units as needed
  • Work History
  • Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
  • 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
  • License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
    Schedule Information
  • Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.
  • RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!
  • NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

  • Glens Falls Hospital Orientation Dates 2024: March: 14, 28; April: 11, 25; May: 16, 30; June: 13, 27; July: 11, 25; August: 15, 29; September: 12, 26; October: 17, 31; November: 14, 21; December: 12, 19
    Additional Details
  • Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
  • MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE - NON-NEGOTIABLE
  • Peritoneal Dialysis training - Preferred
  • Experience in Oncology Care and End Of Life Care - Highly Preferred but not required
