  • Shift: Will work 3x12s, Days, (630a-7p)
  • Is on-call REQ? (Y/N): yes, up to 4 call shifts every 4 weeks
  • Weekend REQ: up to one working weekend shift every 4 weeks
  • Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? Yes
  • Years of experience REQ: 2 years strongly preferred
  • First-timers accepted: Yes
  • Trauma Level REQ: Level 1 trauma
  • Experience strongly preferred: Scrub Experience

  • License REQ: SC or Multi State/Compact RN license
  • Certs REQ: BLS, Radiation Badge (*Radiation badge to be provided by agency)
    Schedule Information
  • Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N): Requires managers approval upon request.
  • Local Radius: 60 miles
  • Locals Accepted: Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate
  • RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs
  • Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
    Unit Specific Information
  • The Main Operating Room is within a level-one, academic trauma center.
  • 21- OR suites which cover all surgical specialties, to include; Trauma, Transplant, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and Robotics.
  • The nursing teams consists of 75% Registered Nurses and 25% Certified Surgical Technologists.
  • RN’s are trained to both scrub and circulate surgical procedures.
    Additional Details
  • Qualivis: Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file.
  • Copy of Driver's License Required
  • Copy of Social Security Card is required.
  • AHA only. RQI acceptable.
