  • The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit.
  • Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient ratios, and other unique details to assist recruiting professionals in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff.
  • Unit Information: 20 beds, Patient Ratios – 5:1 on days, and 5-6:1 on nights.
  • Typical procedures performed: Orthopedics, Neuro, Urology, Thyroidectomy, Hysterectomy, DIEPs.
  • Unit Guidelines/Policies: Taking breaks is mandatory on the unit.
