  • Critical Care RN - New ICU Unit - Opened a year ago!
  • Hospital with 36 licensed Inpatient Beds and 10 ICU beds.
  • Expanding cardiac services, higher acuity patients and need Critical Care Trained Nurse.
  • Provides care to the hemodynamically stable or predictably unstable patients in a cardiac medical surgical unit.
  • Anticipated patient populations include pediatrics, pre and post PCI care, pacemaker, revascularization, carotid endarterectomy, thoracotomy, CHF, COPD, DKA, renal failure, DVT, PE, sepsis and a broad scope of surgical services.
    Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and Degree from an Accredited Nursing Program.
  • Advanced Nursing Principles and Procedures; Critical care, CVICU, and open heart experience preferred.
  • Current State of Montana RN Licensure.
    Additional Details
  • Staff will expect patients in relative stability while recognizing diagnoses may require skilled assessment and intervention tools for potential deteriorating conditions.
  • Acts as a clinical leader and assists with precepting staff.
  • Provides direct care for patients in the Hospital from admission to discharge in all aspects of care including discharge planning.
