    Certification Details
  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • State License 1 Verification
  • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
  • NIH Stroke Certification required for all RNs only

  • CVOR Tech
  • 36 hours a week, 12 hour shifts 7a-7:30p or 40 hours a week. Will also consider 2x12s and 2x8 hour shifts (7a-3:30p or 10:45a-7:15p)
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Ratios: Avg 1:2
  • Years of experience REQ: 2 Yrs
  • First-timers accepted: Y
  • Weekend REQ: Two 24 hr calls per schedule
  • Is on-call REQ? 2 calls per M-F week (either 7p-11p or 7p-7a) with 1 day per week available to stay late.
  • Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Y
  • Open to accommodating block schedule? N
