Job Responsibilities:

• Serving as the primary contact for the implementation of the EHS programs for a specific Datacenter site.

• Being accountable for EHS performance metrics and implementation of improvement plans.

• Periodically inspecting, auditing, and reviewing safe work practices to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

• Conduct workplace risk/exposure assessments for various classes of hazards.

• Supporting incident investigations and root cause analysis, so that corrective and preventive actions can be identified, communicated globally, and implemented.

• Conducting/delivering regulatory training programs to meet EHS requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in the safety industry

• 5+ years of experience in Construction

• 2+ years of experience in Data Center Construction (ideally)

• Experience overseeing general contractors, reporting incidents, health & safety etc.

• Fluent in English

• Comfortable working within a data center construction environment on site and in the field

• 100% on site.

• Excellent skills in analysis, planning, organization, direction and control

• Ability to understand nuances of communicating with local unionized construction laborers

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Safety and Health Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, related field AND 10+ years experience in Environmental Health and Safety Worldwide Regulations

• OR equivalent experience.
