Our client, a fast-growing manufacturer in Langley, BC, is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love a challenge, and have a strong background in recruitment and HR functions, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

As the HR Generalist , you’ll work closely with department managers to handle a variety of HR functions, from full-cycle recruitment to policy development and employee engagement. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance with HR legislation, managing employee relations, and helping to foster a positive, productive workplace.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for both hourly and salaried staff in Canada and the U.S.
• Collaborate with managers on hiring needs and job descriptions
• Provide support with onboarding and off boarding
• Handle HR administration and manage documentation
• Liaise with external agencies for recruitment support
• Support with other projects as directed by senior management

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and CPHR designation (or working towards)
• 3+ years of recent experience in HR ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage conflicts and adapt to different personalities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience preparing and delivering HR-related presentations
