  • Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center
  • Dates: June 3 ongoing, locums to perm
  • Scope: seeing all ages for primary care including women s health
  • Schedule: M-F, 4 days 9a-5:30p; 1 day 11:30a-8p
  • Daily Volume: 24
  • EMR: NextGen
  • Experience: 3+ years advanced practice required
  • License and certification: CA lic, DEA, BLS
  • Pay rate: $90 per hour
