Assessment: Conduct ongoing patient assessments and document findings per facility policies.
Teamwork: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Safety: Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols at all times.
Education: Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and discharge instructions.
Documentation: Accurately maintain electronic health records and medication administration records.
Regulatory Compliance: Follow all hospital and state guidelines, ensuring compliance with NY State Board of Nursing standards.
Requirements:
BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
Active NY State RN License
Shift: 3 x 12s • 36 hrs/week • 12 hrs/day - 30min unpaid break
Pay Details:
Local Pay: $61/hr | Local Gross = $2,196/week
Travel Pay: $70/hr (W2 = $17/hr, Per Diems = $1,908) | Travel Gross = $2,520/week
