Position Overview:

• Hourly Pay: $43.50 - $48.50

In this role, you will:

• Implement physician orders and administer medications.
• Start IVs and perform various treatments and procedures.
• Document patient care in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs, applying sound nursing judgment in care decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to formulate a comprehensive Plan of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program with a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree.
• Current NYS Registered Nurse license required.
• Must maintain certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care preferred.
• Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills.
• Knowledge in quality improvement concepts and ability to apply principles and tools effectively.
