A key physician in the community has announced their retirement, leading to an exceptional chance to join a physician-owned and physician-led multi-specialty group as they seek a talented Dermatologist to take over an established patient panel at one of their several clinics.

This role provides a fantastic opportunity to be immediately busy, work in an environment where you will be valued by experienced leadership, and maintain the work-life balance that physicians aspire to throughout their careers—all while being well-compensated for your expertise.

Key Highlights:

• Compensation ranging from $325k to $375k, depending on experience
• Eligibility for partnership after one year, with profit-sharing available based on shares purchased
• No call, no nights, and no weekends required
• Work a 0.8 FTE schedule—32 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm
• Manage 20 to 25 patients per day in the clinic
