Certification Details BLS License/Certificate Verification Job Details 4, 10-hour shifts, 2 overnights of call. Job Requirements Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certified by ARDMS BLS Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification, as required for the position. Within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration. Additional Details A completed primary COVID-19 vaccination series that is approved by the FDA or the World Health Organization (WHO) OR an up-to-date COVID vaccine if a primary series was never received or completed is required. No exemptions or waivers (religious/medical) will be considered. Documentation of two measles vaccines, two mumps vaccine, and one rubella (German measles) vaccines or two MMR vaccines. OR Proof of immunity via blood test (will show antibodies if immune to measles, mumps, and rubella) Vaccine requirement if titer result is not immune or low immunity.
