Responsibilities

• Identify and participate in continuous product design improvement projects.
• Identify and participate in engineering and manufacturing process improvement projects.
• Create and maintain BOMs, wiring schematics, and piping schematics.
• Assist in updating product BOMs in ERP system.
• Assist in the design, manufacturing, and testing of custom systems.
• Source and qualify components for new designs.
• Document the components, assembly specifications, and processes required to transition products from the engineering phase to production.
• Provide engineering support to the manufacturing floor for assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of new systems.

Educational/Experience Requirements

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (or Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with a strong mechanical background).
• Experience in refrigeration, heating and cooling, or chillers
• Ability to work with customers
• CAD experience
