Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a sophisticated, full-service boutique firm with a strong presence in Chicago. The firm is seeking a Senior Associate/Partner to join their growing Construction Litigation group . The specific job title will be based on the candidate's experience.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in construction litigation , including matters related to construction and design defects, project delays, acceleration, scheduling, and mechanic's liens. Key responsibilities will include managing large-scale construction litigation cases from inception to conclusion, drafting and negotiating construction agreements for projects exceeding $100 million, and handling both trial and arbitration proceedings. No book of business is required for this position.
