We are a boutique law firm specializing in representing hedge funds, private equity funds, and other sophisticated investors in high-stakes litigation. We regularly litigate against the biggest and best law firms in the world -- and rely on our Litigators' skill and experience to win.

We take an entrepreneurial approach to litigation, which involves frequently serving as both plaintiff and defense counsel. We draw on our expertise in securities law, investment litigation, and business disputes to handle cases efficiently, and to maximize results for our clients.
At least four years of litigation experience, a J.D. and admission to the New York bar is required. The ideal candidate will be someone who is looking to develop him- or her-self as a lawyer by taking initiative, being a self-starter, and demonstrating the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
