Maintain accurate records within the agency management system and electronic files.
Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain positive relationships with our clients.
Practice outstanding verbal and written communication with clients and insurance carrier representatives that is professional, confident, clear, and concise.
Prepare and maintain client-facing presentation documents.
Review all renewal and new business policies for accuracy and request corrections as needed.
Billing, premium financing, and non-payment follow-up.
Process policy change requests and audits. Responsible for timely endorsement follow-up, as well as billing.
Issue new and renewal Certificates of Insurance and Automobile ID Cards as needed
