The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury law, although the firm is also open to considering newly licensed attorneys who are self-driven and passionate about personal injury litigation. The starting base salary is $95k, commensurate with experience. In addition, the full compensation package is performance-based, tied to the work you do and cases you settle.
