Job Title: R&D Chemist

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented R&D Chemist to join our team. This role focuses on developing and optimizing product formulations, preparing batches, and performing a variety of laboratory tests. You will be involved in multiple R&D projects and extensive hands-on lab work, including testing for weight, appearance, viscosity, tensile strength, and stability under varying conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize product formulations.
• Prepare batches and test raw materials.
• Conduct laboratory tests to evaluate weight, appearance, viscosity, tensile strength, and stability.
• Perform exposure testing using thermal cycles and environmental chambers.
• Manage and contribute to multiple R&D projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (preferred) or Material Science/Biology with strong chemistry lab experience.
• Proficiency in wet chemistry techniques and general laboratory practices.
