My client is a top rated law firm with offices in the Northeast and is expanding in all offices. Their Hartford office is looking for a Med Mal Attorney to add to their team

Requirements:

• JD from an ABA accredited law school and admission to the Connecticut State Bar.
• 1+ to 6 years (maximum) of experience in Medical Malpractice defense litigation required (clerkship experience is a plus) .
• 1 year (minimum) of prior trial experience in Connecticut federal and state courts.
• Assist with mediations, arbitrations, trials, and hearings.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Perform legal research and prepare and respond to discovery.
• Take and defend fact witness and expert depositions.
