Responsibilities:
- Purchase Order Management:
-Create and manage purchase orders (POs) efficiently and accurately.
-Verify and reconcile POs with invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- Purchase Requisition Processing:
-Review and process purchase requisitions (PRs) from various departments.
-Ensure PRs are compliant with the client's policies and budget constraints.
-Implement data synchronization processes to maintain accurate procurement records and inventory levels.
-Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies promptly.
-Communicate with suppliers to negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules in alignment with client's procurement needs.
-Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements.
- Filing and Document Management:
-Maintain organized and up-to-date records of procurement documents, contracts, and agreements.
-Ensure documents are easily retrievable for audit and reference purposes.
