RESPONSIBILITIES:
Community Building
- Foster and nurture a vibrant and engaged social community across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Proactively identify and capitalize on emerging platforms and trends.
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute compelling monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives and industry trends.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop engaging and innovative content across all platforms.
- Conduct thorough trend research and "trend-mining" to identify relevant opportunities to authentically integrate the brand into trending conversations.
Community Management
- Actively engage with followers across all platforms, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and authentic manner.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key influencers, partners, and brand advocates.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, sentiment) to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on key findings and provide actionable recommendations to optimize social media strategies.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong emphasis on community management.
- Proven ability to create engaging and effective social media content, with a portfolio showcasing past work.
- Ability to craft compelling and SEO-optimized social media copy that captures attention and drives engagement.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends to address urgent matters or participate in time-sensitive campaigns.
- A strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
