Patient Recruiter Specialist – Manhattan, NY
Are you passionate about contributing to clinical research? Join IMA Clinical Research and play a vital role in recruiting patients for groundbreaking studies. With a network of Phase II-IV clinical research sites and over 100 satellite locations, we maintain a growing database of 300,000+ patients, with the capacity to reach millions.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Patient Recruitment Manager to drive recruitment strategies, engage with patients, and support our research goals. Starting salary: $20–$23/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to recruit participants for clinical trials.
- Screen potential participants using pre-defined scripts.
- Schedule and coordinate screening visits with flexibility for changes.
- Generate reports to track recruitment performance.
- Communicate professionally with patients via phone and email.
- Collaborate closely with research teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in outbound call centers or sales is essential.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office; willingness to learn internal systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Clinical research or medical experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology is preferred.
