We are a growing, Award Winning Law Firm, looking to bring on a Business Litigation Associate, to join our growing team. Previous experience in general corporate, partnership law, mergers and acquisitions preferred.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Business Law and Banking
• Have your JD and be in good standing
• Licensed in Massachusetts
• Previous experience in general corporate, partnership law, mergers and acquisitions preferred
• This role is hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Working with the best trial attorneys in the field from inception to trial with the potential to second-seat trials
• Drafting and responding to discovery demands
• Appearing for court conferences and oral argument on motions
• Counseling clients on case developments and drafting status reports
