Schedule: M-F 8a-4p
On Call: 1 weekend/month and 1 weeknight/week; 1:4 ratio
Job Requirements: Board Certified, BLS/ACLS Certified
Must have an active VA License & DEA
Flu & COVID vaccine required
Practice Setting: Inpatient/Call/Outpatient/Clinic
Call Ratio: 1:4
Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day: 10-12
Supervision: oversee 4 mid-level providers
Patient Age Demographic: Adult/Geriatric
EMR: EPIC
Procedures Required: Echocardiography, Electrocardiograms (EKGs), CPETEchocardiography procedures are diagnostic only
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 180 days; temp privileges available
