This role is a high profile position and supports their VP of Finance. The company has been growing rapidly and is a leader in their industry in Southern NH. The responsibilities for the Finance Manager will include: Manage all accounting functions Prepares financial forecasts for different locations and for several lines of business Preparation of budgets, reporting and variance analysis associated with budget / budgets vs actuals. Development of financial reporting to support growth initiatives and evaluation of associated risks. Support partners and VP of Finance with analysis and reporting Lead treasury and cash management efforts. Review vendor relationships and services related to the operations of the organization, work to streamline processes and create efficiencies. The ideal candidate for the Finance Manager should have experience that meets the following requirements: Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance Public accounting and a CPA required More than 7 years years of financial analysis experience in a medium to large professional services company Strong technical skills, reporting systems, advanced Excel Compensation: Up to $150,000 DOE plus bonus and benefits.
