Duties include: Scheduling virtual and in-person meetings Organizing the Board’s Google drive Preparing digital documentation/meeting agendas/meeting minutes Answering calls/emails received through the “reunion information” phone line & email account Assisting alums registering for reunion Assisting with editing and formatting reunion program agendas and materials Supporting organization of check-in protocol and check-in materials. Greeting/monitoring needs of guests at reunion check-in Administrative support Key Requirements: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively Experience supporting senior leadership highly desirable Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Ability to maintain confidentiality Flexibility to adapt to changing demands during the reunion period TheAlumni Relations Specialist is a 6-month contract opportunity in the Northampton area. Hybrid schedule requirements: Part-time to start (3 days per week in January & February) Full-time transition (5 days per week March – June) Extended hours/overtime required (including evening & weekends) minimally in April and during reunion weeks in May.
