Locum Family Medicine Physician 120643: Southeastern, Colorado
Start Date - 2nd week of July
Average PPD -14-16
Length of assignment - 6 months
Schedule - Monday - Friday - 7:30am - 5:00pm
Average Time for Clearance & Credentialing - 4 weeks
Experience - Must have 1 year experience in providing direct patient care (prefer a physician with at least 8 hours of Suboxone training, however not required - the clinic sees a high number of MAP patients.) and willing to supervise PAs
License - Must have a CO license - compact license accepted
Certifications - must have current BLS; must have CO Medicaid certification; DEA; BC or BE
