The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in real estate litigation, with a strong background in litigating disputes involving both commercial real estate and residential properties. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Trial experience is helpful, along with experience in discovery, including taking and defending depositions.
