REQUIREMENTS:
- Covid Vaccination required
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- BLS/CPR certification
- Updated PPD within the last year
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds without restrictions
- Capacity to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to bend and lift as needed
Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
- Continuously evaluate and monitor patients for signs of recovery or deterioration
- Change dressings, start IV lines, and insert catheters
- Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies for immediate use
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians or within a nurse's own guidelines
- Report patient progress to the care team and to families
- Assist doctors with monitoring and bedside procedures in the progressive care unit
