Job Details:

n- Schedule: Drive 12 days on the road, followed by 2 full days off (48 hours) every other weekend.
n- Routes: Over-the-road (OTR), primarily east of I-35, but routes may vary based on freight.
n- Miles: Average 2,000-2,200 miles per week, depending on load availability and Hours of Service (HOS).
n- Freight: No-touch freight for added convenience.
n- Drop & Hook: 50-60% of loads are drop & hook, with 40-50% requiring live unloading.
n- City Restrictions: No forced dispatch into NYC or its boroughs.

Pay Structure:

n- Based on Verified Experience: n
n- 3-5 months: $0.57 per mile
n- 6-11 months: $0.58 per mile
n- 12-23 months: $0.60 per mile
n- 2-9 years: $0.62 per mile
n- 10+ years: $0.64 per mile

Additional Pay & Bonuses:
n
n- Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours of wait time.
n- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
n- Mileage Bonus: Earn up to 3 cents per mile based on safety, mileage, and productivity—eligibility starts the month after hire.
