Work with parents, teachers, and administrators to create and implement effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs. Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions, ensuring that interventions are engaging and effective. Track and report on student progress towards IEP goals, making adjustments to therapy plans as needed. Travel between school campuses to deliver services as required. Qualifications for this School-Based SLP position include: Bachelor's and Master's degrees from accredited speech-language pathology programs. Active Speech Language Pathology license in the state of California. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) and BLS certification. Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative approach to working with students, families, and staff.
