Overview This position will work cross functionally supporting the Industrial, Transportation, and Components segments of the Stryten Energy business. Management of Sales Operations Master Data includes but is not limited to:
- Coordination, implementation and administration of customer pricing, adjustment, and accrual data. Bill of Material (BOM) and item master setups and maintenance. Customer Master (Address Book) setup and maintenance.
Responsibilities - Coordinate and analyze price and / or adjustment requests for compliance with Stryten Energy Finance and Pricing policies
- Accurate entry of price and / or adjustment data into ERP system
- Support Product Marketing team by assisting with margin monitoring as prices are set
- Support the administration of special Customer programs, promotions, etc…
- Accurate set up of finished Bills of Material, Item masters, standard costing, component SKU’s
- Assume the role of SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the various
- Master Data change request processes
- Provide reporting as requested
- Maintain process / SOP documentation as required
- Other duties as assigned by manager

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Previous experience with Customer Pricing administration preferred (2 - 3 years)
- Previous experience with Bill of Materials data management preferred (2 – 3 years)
- Background in battery or other manufacturing industry preferred
- Working knowledge of JDE/AS400 platform preferred
- Intermediate formula skills in Excel and Google Sheets (i.e.: VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables, Percentages & averages)
