Job Title: Bilingual Collections Representative
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Pay: $20-$24 depending on experience
Location: Irving, TX (Opportunity for Remote work after training)
Job Details:
Maintain queue of accounts with regular review, phone calls and miscellaneous follow-up work
Conduct fact-finding conversations with individuals to locate collateral information
Establish payment arrangements with a sense of urgency and firm deadlines
Skip-trace accounts according to established practices
Preserve confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years experience of Collections
Bilingual in English & Spanish
High School diploma or equivalent
Passing clerical testing
An in-person interview
A clear background check and drug screen
