Guaranteed Hours:

Experience:
- Current Physical Therapist, Washington state license in good standing
- CPR/BLS certification required or obtain within 30 days of hire
- Two years' experience preferred in outpatient setting, one year inpatient or SNF preferred
License:
Washington state Physical Therapist license
Certifications:
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Physical Therapy program degree (BS PT, MPT, MS PT, or DPT)
Must-Have:
- Current Washington state Physical Therapist license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Graduated from an approved PT program
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers and other healthcare providers
- Understanding of physical therapy modalities and procedures
Job Description:
- Evaluate and treat patients referred for physical therapy
- Assist patients in strength and flexibility exercises, muscle re-education, transfers, balance training, and more
- Perform physical therapy treatments using various modalities
- Conduct patient education to ensure compliance with treatment program
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment plan accordingly
- Maintain proper documentation of patient care and progress
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers regarding patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to improve skills and knowledge
- Adhere to ethical standards of practice and maintain patient welfare
- Demonstrate and foster the values of achievement, creativity, teamwork, quality, and integrity
