Flint Logistics seeks a CDL A Truck Driver for a dedicated account with weekly home time and weely pay of $1,300 to $1,400 per week. This is a driver unload account, you will be unloading with rollers.

CDL A Truck Driver Dedicated Overview: This full-time role provides a weekly home schedule and involves unloading entire truckloads with roto-carts and lift gates. You'll generally manage three loads per week, with each load requiring three stops and covering approximately 1500 miles weekly. The position offers competitive pay and suits those who prefer a dynamic driving experience.
Delivery Routes: Transport freight from West Memphis, AR to various locations in the Southwest.
Schedule: You'll have a 34-hour reset each week with days off that usually include a Saturday or Sunday. Shifts can be during the day or night, and there's no fixed shift schedule. Time off might be reduced during holidays and additional time off could occur during slower store delivery periods.
Compensation: $1,300 to $1400 per week which will include pay based on mileage and per stop.
Freight Type: We mainly transport food products, ensuring that freight is consistently busy and drivers are constantly on the move.
Fleet for our CDL A truck drivers: We use new Freightliner Cascadia trucks, all less than 3 years old.
Truck Transmission: Automatic trucks are generally available, although some local routes may only have manual trucks.
Benefits: Full benefits package including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and vacation pay. Insurance coverage begins after 60 days, starting at the beginning of the third month.
Rider Policy: Riders can join after a 30-day waiting period and must be accident and citation-free for the past 30 days. Riders must be over 8 years old and the cost is less than $10 per week. Note: Riders are not allowed on local or team routes.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted, but HR can review requests for emotional support animals to determine if an exception can be made.
Qualifications for CDL A Truck Driver Dedicated:
Valid Class A CDL
Valid DOT Medical Card
3 months in 6 months or 6 months in 12 months or more time in the truck than out
