We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialsit to manage purchase and sales transactions using SAP. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to resolve issues proactively, and a commitment to upholding our standards of compliance and customer service.

salary: $23 - $25 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
n

Processes basic purchase and sales transactions to completion in SAP, including obtaining appropriate documentation and correcting errors.

Ensures that all Company invoices for department transactions are issued and processed in compliance with tax regulations.
n n- n
Reviews and reconciles vendor invoices for accuracy and validity to ensure prompt payment.
n n- n
Coordinates and communicates with other departments as needed to resolve customer and vendor issues.
n n- n
Performs monthly account reviews for basic customer and vendor accounts to ensure appropriateness of open items.

Prepares journal entries as needed, including month-end journal entries.

Responds to external and internal customer inquiries in a timely manner with a high-level of customer service.
