Job SummarynnSHI has an exciting opportunity available as a Field Technician in our Modern Workplace Services Group. This is a full-time, that requires daily travel from the employee’s home location to the various customer locations within the region. The coverage area is approximately 2 hours from home and must have reliable transportation. The Field Technician can expect repair tickets to be assigned daily through a mobile application. The Field Technician will then schedule service with the end user and travel to the site to resolve the hardware issue. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
