Establish training using Alchemy Training Software (Alchemy) and other resources so incoming Quality team members can learn how to use SharePointnnDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:nnContinue to build and improve the Quality SharePoint site and write effective training for both novice and experienced site usersnn{=html} - Establish site tie-ins to OneDrive and Microsoft Teams to increase functionalitynn{=html} - Use Alchemy to develop a comprehensive SharePoint training programnn{=html} - Audit existing Quality SharePoint site to ensure security settings are adequate and effectivennKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:nnProficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)nn{=html} - Attention to detail and demonstrated time management skillsnn{=html} - Strong written and verbal communication skillsnn{=html} - Initiative, resourcefulness, and strong interpersonal skillsnn{=html} - Have a curious, proactive and solution-oriented approachnn{=html} - Desire to learn and grow professionallynn{=html} - Creative and innovative ideasnn{=html} - Ability to take direction and multi-tasknn{=html} - Demonstrated ability to exhibit a positive attitude, professional image, and demeanornnEDUCATION:nnUpperclassman (incoming Junior or Senior) at an accredited College or Universitynn{=html} - Desired Major(s): Information Systems, Computer Studies, Biological Studiesnn{=html} - Preferred Minimum GPA: 3.0nnPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:nnThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
