Responsibilities
n
n- Represent PTP CX services and solutions to clients and partners, which includes client meetings and field events such as conferences and seminars
n- Work with customers to identify business and technical requirements
n- Architect and scope solutions which meet business and technical requirements
n- Present solutions and conduct demonstrations
n- Create proposals and respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
n- Collaborate with sales, partners and internal teams to provide clients with CX solutions

Requirements
n
n- Ideal candidate must be self-managed with a proven track record in professional services and software sales
n- 5+ years of speech-based IVR development experience
n- Knowledge of IVR and speech standards (VoiceXML, SRGS, SISR, MRCP)
n- Knowledge of contact center infrastructure
n- Experience with large contact center implementations
n- Strong presentation skills
n- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n- Available to travel
n- BS in Computer Science or Information Systems is strongly
