Job Description
AP Clerk will be responsible for reviewing and processing supplier invoices; resolving invoice discrepancies; reconciling supplier statements; responding to inquiries from Suppliers and/or organization staff.
Responsibilities
Process incoming supplier invoices via electronic interfaces to ERP Oracle system for both PO and non-PO invoices. Requires some invoices to be completed via Excel spreadsheet uploads.
Review of open invoice discrepancies and coordinate with the Supplier and/or the specific department for resolution.
Resolve issues regarding open invoices. Includes review of vendor statements; system holds; invoices aged over 30 days; chargebacks; and received not invoiced reports.
Assist with ongoing Supplier maintenance of preferred payment types and updated contacts.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or Associate Degree in Accounting.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years in an Accounts Payable environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Excel; ERP Cloud Based Accounts Payable System, Oracle experience preferred
