Job Description & Skill Requirement:
1. Conceptual understanding and Hands-on Atlassian
2. Subject Matter Expert for Atlassian Jira System/Architecture, Development, Admin, Jira Cloud migration, Jira Work Management, Catalog Management
3. JIRA implementation experience, JIRA cloud integration experience (integrating for authentication, services, REST API, Understand Service Desk out of the box capability - Design, architect, deploy, integrate, improve, troubleshoot, and support scalable development, test and production environments running various Atlassian components as JIRA, Bitbucket, and JIRA Integrations with SharePoint, Confluence
4. ssess current workflows and processes in existing Service Desk versioning, and performing a gap analysis of requirements needed for successful implementation
