Job Description:
Our global retailer client is looking to bring on a Workfront Program Manager (Titled as: Creative Tools Operations Manager). The Creative Studio Tools team is seeking the experienced Manager of Creative Tools
Operations to programmatically plan and deliver new capabilities across their end-to-end workflow management and data pipeline.
***PLEASE NOTE: This role is hybrid, expectation is 2-3 days onsite in San Bruno or in Playa Vista**

1. You’ll bring expertise in enterprise-scale tech, workflow management systems, integrations, and cross-functional collaboration to manage a program that delivers speed and flexibility to the org
2. Your program’s deliverables directly support the transformation and growth of the Creative Studio
3. Your program will build the tech foundations to migrate the studio’s workflow processes out of non-standard tools and into Workfront
4. You’ll apply a systemic perspective to integrate multiple teams’ requirements into project deliverables
5. Your daily work will include serving as a technical translator, facilitator, and advocate for the Creative teams’ operational excellence
6. Your expertise, enthusiasm, problem-solving, and influence will help foster an aligned, inclusive culture of innovation
Typical duties include program/project management, cross-functional alignments, group facilitation, presentations and alignments, managing and communicating change, assessing risks and impacts, maintaining clear documentation, process assessments, prioritizing input effectively, continuously evaluating system capabilities, training teams, supporting root cause analysis, and supplying a clear, aligned way forward.
You will:
- Building a program of prioritized tooling projects that deliver high-value optimizations to our core system of record, Workfront, and its integrations
- Documenting necessary milestones, interdependencies, and responsibilities for each project
- Leading projects, clearing their critical paths, mitigating risks, and managing delivery
- Preparing and maintaining impact assessments, change logs, and other program artifacts
- Ensuring that your Program provides continuous enhancements that support the Creative
- Studio’s overall strategy and objectives
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and mitigate solutions gaps and redundancies
- Presenting to high-level stakeholders, translating cross-functionally to secure alignments, building enthusiasm for change
- Modeling company values for leadership and change management
- Maintaining expert awareness of enterprise-scale workflow management tools
- Contributing to the overall Creative Studio Tools strategy and roadmap
- Contributing tooling expertise across interdependent areas of the business
- Closely collaborating with vendors, technical and non-technical partners, and stakeholders
- Communicating milestones and deliverables; providing feedback regarding project success, preparing executive summaries and reports

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, Airtable
- Experience working for a multi-brand retailer
Required Skills and Experience:
- PMP certification (ideal, or equivalent)
- 3+ years supporting creative technology and marketing for a retail or ecommerce organization
- 2-5 years of high touch experience with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion
- 6-8 year of experience leading cross-functional programs to support creative technology, creative operations, or creative production at large organizations
- Familiarity with other enterprise-scale workflow management systems
- Familiarity with legal, operational, and technology requirements for workflow management in large-scale enterprises
- Experience leading training, including creating and maintaining knowledge management, documentation, and other training materials
- Experience working with Product and Vendor teams to deliver software implementations, integrations, configurations, and new features
- Familiarity with creative operations metrics and business analysis
