Job Title: Inbound Tracking Coordinator
Contract Period: 1 Year
Work Location: Santa Ana, CA 92707
Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Bilingual Korean: Highly Preferred
Key Responsibilities
Actively monitor shipments and verify delivery of all shipments.
Perform data entry tasks promptly upon delivery.
Notify related parties of any shipment problems and work proactively to resolve issues.
Inform relevant parties of all shipment-related problems and address customer dissatisfaction.
Communicate effectively with shipping lines, truckers, freight receivers, and internal stakeholders, including supply chain planners.
Qualifications
Experience:
Relevant experience in logistics, particularly ocean imports, is a plus.
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Proficient in computer applications, especially MS Office (Excel expertise preferred).
Strong organizational skills.

Flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned.
