Project Manager/Construction Manager

Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager/Construction Manager (PM/CM)  to lead our civil construction projects. This role requires a proactive leader with the ability to manage complex projects, drive timelines, and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution for civil construction projects.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and suppliers to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and progress reporting.
• Utilize construction management tools such as Viewpoint TEAM, ProCore, E-Builder, Project Sight , and the B2W Operational Suite  for efficient project documentation and tracking.
• Perform project estimating, design takeoffs, and markups using Bluebeam .
• Use Trimble Business Center  for accurate project workflows and design management.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality control standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve project challenges, conflicts, or unforeseen changes.
• Supervise project teams and foster collaboration for successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years  of experience in civil construction management .
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (preferred, but not required).
• Proficiency in project scheduling, estimating, and budgeting.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, codes, and regulations.
• Experience using construction software: Viewpoint TEAM, ProCore, E-Builder, Project Sight, B2W Operational Suite , and Trimble Business Center .
• Proficiency in Bluebeam  for design markups and takeoffs.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Bilingual  in English and Spanish (Preferred).

Schedule:

• As needed  to fulfill the responsibilities of the role. Salaried employees are expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, with additional hours as required to meet deadlines and responsibilities. Flexibility is provided for personal needs, with accountability for overall project success.

Location:

• Porter, TX 77365 (In-person, commuting required).
