Pay Range: $92 - $97/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Project managing the effort.
• Project plan and tracking, status reporting, all BOF related requirements, creating or supporting the creation of all required TDLC and ITAM deliverables and artifacts, maintaining and developing with team the pilot and subsequent phases, assisting with PMO R&R as required by BOF.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; BOF/ Regulatory experience
• Change/ Release management
• Compliance and Security (cybersecurity, TOGAF, NIST, CRISC, FINRA)
• Clarity
• BOF experience or managing multiple regulatory issue finding(s)
• TDLC, Change and Release experience
• PMLC experience
• Technical PM skills – L0L1 diagram, EADA, security blueprints, standing up new applications, etc.
• Strong story telling skills, able to not only manage to date and tasks but also can help articulate our story accomplishments
• Able to work with and manage a team with all levels of teammates and skill sets – Managers, BOF program all levels, LOD2, LOD3, CT&O, Architects, Analysts, Testers, etc.
• Certifications: CRISC, PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, ITOM/ITAM/CMDB, Agile CSM, SAFe RTE, CMMI, RUP, Cybersecurity
• Project Manager, Cognitive Threat Analytics - CTA, TOGAF in-progress
• Soft Skills: Listening, mentoring, partnering, teamwork, mission-focused, and remaining calm under pressure.
• Compliance: FINRA, NIST, FIPS, CMMC, HITRUST, ISO2700n, HIPAA, PCI, SOX, TISAX
• Methodologies: Agile SAFe and Waterfall, PMBOK, Lean Six Sigma, OODA, METL
