Required Skills:

• Extensive experience with networking protocols and technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills related to server hardware and infrastructure issues.
• Demonstrable experience in managing and administering data storage systems (SAN/NAS) and virtualization platforms.
• Hands-on experience with backup technologies and disaster recovery strategies.
• Proficiency in managing hybrid data center environments leveraging IaaS solutions, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in managing SaaS platforms like Office 365.
• Experience working in environments utilizing ITIL frameworks, including Change Management processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
