Office Assistant

Our established planning firm Wolfgang Capital in Temecula, CA is looking for an Office Assistant to play a key role in running and coordinating the day-to-day operations in a fast-paced office. Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administrative office experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office Suite

Responsibilities:

Client Service and Account Processing:

Putting client needs first is deeply rooted in our culture and at the core of everything we do. In providing excellent client service, you will:

  • Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, warm manner
  • Record notes from client conversations in an accurate manner into CRM
  • Complete and process new client and Prospects data; accuracy being pertinent
  • Input prospects and keep database/CRM program up to date
  • Process transactions
  • Set appointments with clients and assist the Advisor with calendar management
  • Pre-appointment preparation including compiling account summaries
  • Provide marketing support as needed including newsletters, blog, social, website, communications, events, etc.
  • Various industry specific tasks



Hours

  • M-F 8am-5pm
  • Some evenings required for client events


Salary

  • $40,000-$50,000
